Mar Menor Golf
Resort (which is the pioneer golf resort by Polaris World),
designed by leading U.S. project planning company EDSA Plan,
is a prestigious development of semi-detached and detached
2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes situated around a private golf course.
The entire development is self contained with entry control

designed by Dave Thomas. In the spring of 2006 the |

opening of a luxury five star hotel is planned,
which will further amplify the service offer within the resort.

The enormous
success achieved with this resort has encouraged Polaris World
to extend the current surface with another 700.000 m2 offering
new villas, townhouses and apartments. For this second phase
Nicklaus Design will revise the landscaping of the existing
9 holes and add another 9 holes with the typical design of
Nicklaus.
With all this, Mar Menor Golf Resort will turn into a 1.400.000
m2 resort with an 18 hole golf course, an Intercontinental 5 star hotel,
and a wide service offer.
