| The division of Polaris World known
as Polaris World Desarrollo is in charge of the building work of
all the resorts. The main objective of the construction company
is to ensure Polaris World meets all the deadlines and above all
to guaranty the quality of the finished product. What’s more,
any sub-contracted company involved in the building process is closely
examined to ensure the quality of their services. At the end of
2004 the Polaris World group recorded a |

growth of 40% over the previous year. In 2005 Polaris
World is growing even faster. The company will incorporate over 30,000
new homes into the resorts, an investment of 3,000,000,000 Euros. The
group has over 40,000,000 square meters of land and before 2008 they are
planning to build and provide customers with nearly 11,300 homes amongst
the various resorts in Murcia.
